Sentencia del Tribunal Supremo de 9 de mayo de 2013 sobre «cláusulas suelo»

De acuerdo con la STS de 9 de mayo de 2013, las cláusulas suelo son lícitas siempre que su transparencia permita al consumidor identificar la cláusula como definidora del objeto principal del contrato y conocer el real reparto de riesgos de la variabilidad de los tipos.

الحديقة الفرنسية هذه الحديقة تمتاز بالهدوء ، حيث أنها لا تحتوي على الكثير من الأشجار ، فلا تكون مكتضة بالأشجار وأحواض الورود ، ولكن يوجد بها إنجيل أخضر يغطي جميع المساحة ، إضافة إلى وجود البرك المائية في الحديقة ، كما أن بها مساحة من أجل الجلوس والاستجمام ، وتليق هذه النوعية من الحدائق بالمنازل ذات الطابع البسيط .
